The project is sited in the heart of Buenos Aires City, in a triangular block between the well known avenues Av. Roca, Av. Belgrano and Chacabuco. The only neighbor that shares a dividing wall with our project is the emblematic Somisa building of Mario Roberto Alvarez. The aim of the project is to create a hybrid building with a variety of uses that are lacking in the area. From the ground floor up to the terrace on the 5th floor the building has public uses such as art exhibition halls, cafeterias, restaurants, shops and viewpoints. From the 5th to the 26th floor the building is private, combining living spaces, offices and art workshops. The mixture of uses enriches the area. The circulation was a crucial factor in the design. The building had to be able to have independent circulations as each use demanded. The public circulation consists of a series of organic stairs linked by a path that take the user through the exhibition halls and terraces up to the viewpoint on the 5th floor; making it part of the experience of the building.
