LIBRARY

The library is located in the Saavedra neighborhood, a few blocks from Av. General Paz; an area that lacks green spaces. That is why the project seeks to generate a recreational urban space for community use. The idea is to project a library and a square for public use. The project is presented at the - 2.5m level to preserve the library from the noise pollution of the avenues. Thus, pedestrian-level areas are presented to naturally access the walkable roof that generates topographic and urban continuity.
